Photography has been my hobby since my teenage years. I was an active member of camera clubs of my school and medical school at university. When I qualified and started practicing medicine I did not have enough time for what I considered to be serious photography. However, I did my best during my holidays and the very few days off I had available. Since I retired 6 years ago I resurrected my passion for photography and now have the time to indulge myself in my hobby. I have a wide remit but my main interest
is landscape photography. I went digital 2 years ago and absolutely love
it. I am self taught, but I have attended short courses with famous photographers.
I also find advice from my friends within the Nottingham and Notts. Photographic
Society and our club visiting speakers valuable. |
