Pensthorpe is set in 500 acres of beautiful countryside with miles of nature trails to explore through ancient fen meadows, woodland and a superb series of lakes. Pensthorpe is home to a fine collection of waterfowl including endangered exotic waterfowl from around the world.

Crich Tramway Village.
Nestling high up in the heart of Derbyshire overlooking the famous Derwent Valley and open almost throughout the year, Crich Tramway Village is a lovingly restored period village that is also home to the National Tramway Museum and its world renowned archives.

National Water Sports Centre
Purpose built to facilitate the training of elite athletes and the holding of National and International whitewater rafting and water skiing sporting events. The Centre is set in 270 acres of country park and boasts a 2000m Regatta Lake, White Water Slalom Course and Water Skiing Lagoon.

Newark Air Museum
The museum's collection currently stands at 70 aircraft and cockpit sections from across the history of aviation. These include transport, training and reconnaissance aircraft and helicopters and a diverse selection of jet fighters and bombers.
